1) Acceptance
By accessing this website or using any PBIGenie software, visuals, documentation, or related services (“Products”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.
2) License & permitted use
PBIGenie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products according to the license you purchased (or trial terms, if applicable).
- You may install and use the visual in Power BI in accordance with your subscription/entitlement.
- You may create and share reports that contain the visual, subject to your organization’s license terms.
3) Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the visual or related assets unless explicitly authorized by PBIGenie.
- Do not use the Products for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
4) Intellectual property
PBIGenie retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your data and reports.
5) Warranty disclaimer
The Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBIGenie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBIGenie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Products.
7) Updates & changes
PBIGenie may update the Products and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8) Termination
PBIGenie may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to comply with law or platform policies.
